Este libro de recetas es un homenaje al genio colaborativo de la cultura mexicana. El libro ha pasado por muchas etapas y muchas manos han participado en su creación. Esta clase refleja las estaciones agrícolas de esta área; los estudiantes van y vienen según su itinerario de trabajo. Sin embargo cuando llegan estudiantes nuevos, se integran inmediatamente con los creadores del libro. Gracias a todas las mujeres que han colaborado con este proyecto.

Our classroom reflects the patterns of seasonal work in agriculture that mark our area – students come and go according to work schedules. However, when new students arrive they are immediately brought into the “we” of this cookbook. Thank you to the women who have collaborated in this project.
